We are trying to design an gate lock for an Antenna System. The Antenna System has a 28VDC interlock output that I need to connect to a key lock that would turn off the voltage to deactivate the magnetic, which would shutdown the RF and Power to the Antenna. Can I supply the 28VDC to the magnetic without a problem.

The lock is designed for 12 or 24 VDC operation. At 28VDC I would recommend a power regulator. See product (VSM-12) https://www.maglocks.com/12-vdc-voltage-regulator-module.html That device would regulate a (12-28VDC) input, to a 12VDC output.
