Will this work with the GF 3000 mag lock?

Yes, the CR200 is a relay or "switch" that is able to open/close a circuit. The CR200 will require 12VDC of input power and then can be wired to either cut power directly to the GF3000 maglock or you can use it to trigger a request-to-exit command on an Access Control system.
