Single Door Remote Buzz-In Kit with Magnetic Lock

Product Overview

This hard-wired magnetic lock kit can be added to an existing office door for the purpose of managing traffic into your business.

When power to the system is turned on, the magnetic lock will engage, preventing customers from being able to enter.

Using the wireless transmitters (2 transmitters included with kit), pressing the button will cut power to the magnetic lock for a few seconds allowing customer entry. After the few seconds has expired the maglock will automatically return to the normal "locked" position.

For life safety purposes, a Request-to-Exit Motion Sensor & Push-to-Exit button is included with this package. Upon exit, the motion sensor will detect a person at roughly 2ft away and will cut power to the maglock, allowing exit. The Push-to-Exit button will also allow exit and should be mounted near the door, this button will serve as a backup should the motion sensor fail.

The system can be fully disarmed when power is cut to the plug-in power supply.
