- Latching - Push to lock, push again to unlock
- 3 sec delay - Push to lock/unlock, device will return to normal state after 3 seconds
- Momentary - Push and hold to lock/unlock

Does this control 2 maglocks independently? eg: Can I have two maglocked doors side by side and just unlock one with one button and the other if I add another button?

Yes, the WRT-2 receiver is a 2-channel device that features two SPDT relays. The two separate relays would allow you to control each of these locks independently by pressing either the "A" or the "B" button on the remote.
